Because we sell fabrics that are cut to order, our return rules are a bit strict to keep quality and costs fair for everyone.
1. Eligibility for returns
We accept returns only if:

You received the wrong item, colour, or fabric than what you ordered, or

The fabric is visibly damaged or defective when you receive it (e.g., major weaving fault, stains, or cuts).
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind after the fabric is cut

Colour or shade differences due to screen/monitor settings

Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered by you or your tailor

Sale and clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)
2. Return window

You must contact us on the spot of receiving your order if there is any issue.

After Delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
3. Return process
If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

Share clear photos and a short description of the issue.

Once we approve the return, we’ll guide you on how to send the fabric back.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will:

Send a replacement, or
-
Issue a refund to your original payment method, as agreed.

Return shipping:

If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, wrong colour, damaged on arrival), we will cover or adjust the return shipping cost.

If the issue is not approved as a fault, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
4. Exchanges
Where possible, we can exchange the fabric for:

The same product in another available color, or
-
A different fabric of similar value (with you paying or receiving the difference).
Exchange options depend on stock availability.
5. Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the fabric is cut or packed.

Once we have cut the fabric from the roll, cancellation is usually not possible.

To cancel quickly, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.

1. Products & colors
We try our best to show fabric colors accurately in our photos.
However, colors can look slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, and device type.
Such small shade differences are not considered a product fault.
Measurements (like 4 or 4.5 meters) are approximate, but we always aim to cut slightly extra when possible.
2. Pricing & payment

All prices on the Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We may update prices, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
3. Shipping

We ship orders to addresses within Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays can happen due to courier or external issues.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, shipping risk and responsibility for delays lie with the courier, but we will always help you track and resolve issues.
4. Use of the website
